Introduction

Every Isalnd or Country is not only known for their beautiful tourists, people or music. They are also known for their traditional dish. Costa Rica it’s known for their “Gallo Pinto” as their traditional plate, which consists of rica and beans in a pan to create a speckled appearance. Most people served for breakfast with scrambled or fried webs and sour cream or cheese. Costa Rica has a different type of food that people can chose of. Tasting the food or reading about the different plates is one of the best ways to get to know the place your going to visit , of course you can also ask people from the country so they can help you to understand a little bit more.

Traditional Food in Costa Rica and Panama

Both of these counties are in the Caribbean, but they are also different from each other.

I have learned that in Panama their traditional dish is arroz con pollo which is rice with chicken. In Costa Rica their traditional dish is rice and beans, and some people like to add some chicken or fish and different sorts of vegetables. As you can see both countries are popular because both of them has rice. The different on how they make the rice is: In Costa Rica people use a lot of garlic and onions and in Panama people doesn’t really like cooking with it.

Some of the complications I have had during this project are, having to find the differences in both countries since both of them are a little bit similar. How they really cook and all the ingredients they use.
My plan to research next is to find people who are from this two countries and ask them a lot of questions, also I can go to the library more often to read new articles and books about the two countries and how they used everything.

The funeral tale story of "Tetiyette and the Devil" in Guadeloupe. Tell us about a young and only girl who lives with his mom in a house. Whoever in this house the young girl's mom try always to please her daughter even when the girl have made bad choices. The major wrong choice the girl made was getting married to a guy who she did not know, and did not know the internal things about him. The same night they got married, her husband was swallowing her. Her parents did not care about what was going on, because they warned her before she made the choice of getting mrried and the only person who tried to help her was her brother. The author of this story wants readers to understand that by picking external beauty over internal can cause really bad consequences at the end.

I can related this with something that happened to a friend of mine. She meet a guy in a night club, and after a month they decided to get marry. They didn't know each other that much since they only date for a month. After 4 months she found out he was cheating on her. This happens because they started a relationship without really knowing each other.

I have personally never been in a situation like this, but I could say that if I want to get married with someone, I will really need to know the person and find out if that is the person I want to stay with the rest of my life. But I will be sure that if something is happening to my sister I will go and help her out like the young girl's brother did, he said"Oh no! She's my sister, she's my only sister and she's being eaten up! Oh no!". He was the only one who helped her, because of her parents did not care about her.
